Dance Camps at Duo Dance Academy
Summer 2006
Princess Dance Camp (Ages 3-5)
July 10-14, 2006 – 9:30am-12:30pmChildren have daily dance class, arts & crafts and learn about the
full-length classical ballet, Sleeping Beauty.
Dances Around the World (Ages 6-8)
July 17-21, 2006 – 9:30am-12:30pm
Children will learn different cultural dances each day, from Spanish Salsa, the Irish Jig, and Hawaiian Hula. Each day will include arts & crafts, and information about the country from which each dance originated.
Classical Ballet Dance Camp (Ages 8-13)
July 24-28, 2006 – 9:30am-12:30pmStudents have daily ballet classes and will learn about three of the great full-length classical ballets: Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, and Giselle. The camp will also have lessons in stage make-up and hair dressing.
Snacks will be included in camp fees and there will be a presentation at the conclusion of each camp for family and friends.
Attire: Ballet shoes, leotards and tights.
Fee for each camp: $200.
